Edit: no fix found for the save issue- i've done the two things recommended, installed everything in the support folder, i've removed the registry, no luck.
Hmm, it created an initial autosave at the very start, right when you first can control your character before going into the first building to talk to that lady- don't think it was able to autosave again after that. after beating first boss, it asks if i wanted to manually save- i clicked yes and it said "saving..." or something like that, and i was softlocked in the save menu as it just said "saving...".
upon restarting the game, i was right back at the beginning again. any ideas?
You replied the exact same thing to a different issue. Is this actually related to the save bug? And how do you get the popup? Because I got none whatsoever during the save process...
follow all your instructions and game still wont save... Just like you said before only that initial autosave is there even after I delete reg and appdata files.
it's not a solution though, it doesn't fix the save issue nor is it even clear if thats what he's saying the fix is for- also installing VCLibs and Gaming services in the support folder doesn't help either

i simply updated the MS Gaming Service via the ingame popup ...
If you had the Demo installed:

A) Open Regedit and delete all data in "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microbird"
B) Delete "C:\Users%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Microbird"
(TIp: open Terminal/CMD and type
"rd /s C:\Users%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Microbird"
This will remove alle files/folders in the "Microbird" folder)

And your windows have Microsoft VCLibs and Gaming Services? if not, try install it from support folder in iso file. Or from microsoft site.
