This method works...only problem is you basically have to keep the internet off since it seems it does some kind of auto-check. Found this out when I was curious if I could play and listen to some YouTube stuff. But hey....at least the game isn't broken ^_^, was sorta sad when I couldn't find a reason until I saw your comment.
