Remember to do the Adventure Guide quests.

When you pick Fighter take the Berserker/Monk path because there are so many tanks in this game and Berserkers clear trash mobs quickly.

Floor 50 boss will OHK you the first time so do the Adventure Guild quests. It has sky high resistance so bring rogues for poison/bleed the second time.
