if you open game and nothing happends than go to "_CommonRedist" than "XNA", "4.0" and than install "xnafx40_redist".

Hey for anyone that have stopped working problem try go in the CommonRedist Folder in the folder that you download and install everything that in there once u done it you can go in the game
At least it work for me
and for online just open steam when you are in the play room hit esc invite freind on your friend list
