you guys the current translation on this page is old. you can get a newer version from https://erogevn.com/2016yuzusoft-dracu-riot-18v1-20/
just select the torrent and download only the patch files

go to http://resemblances.click3.org/?p=1406 and download the ‘http://Win8WOH.zip’, copy version.dll into the game folder and it should work.
