Rating: 9/10 (if not compared with Street Fighter ^.^ )
There is one big a$$ reason why I personally rated so high. This game is purposely designed for new gamers for fighting games (like me =)) ).

• Detailed tutorials
• Difficulty can be set from 0 to 100, very suitable for beginners progressing to professionals.
• Combo styles are various from easy to complicated.
• Stories are normally well written.
• Playspeed is a bit slower than Street Fighter.
