Stops working after press play. Tried Win XP SP3 compability or run as admin. Still crashes

This just crashes when I try to open the game

The games stops working as soon as i try to play it, the title screen loads up but trying to create a profile and start the game makes it crash. Can you please reupload it?

My game keeps crashing when i press play on the game!

every time i start the game the curser is all jumpy and lagging and hit play it freezes and stops running and ive tried to run the game with all versons of windows still stops running. help?
