the last question is false. speed download slow is not my internet fault, its the server fault. sometime the download server can go slow cus many people use it
If anyone is having trouble with their controller being detected, make sure steam is closed first. Mine wasn't being detected properly, then I realised Steam was running and closed it. Works now.

when i extract and download with codex i try to play and get some weird stuff (The code execution cannot procced because MSVCP140.dll was not found. If you have crash problem when opening PC setting or starting a new game. try my steps, at least this steps work for me. Ok first it appears Dark Souls Remastered got a problem with refresh rate below 60hz and above 60hz. I myself playing from my laptop that locked the refresh rate to only 48hz and 120hz. So as you would know Dark Souls Remastered will crash if i go to PC Setting or even start a new game. This steps is works for me and i hope it works to all of you to. So here it is :
Download Custom Resolution Utility, just google it
Run the Custom Resolution Utility app, edit your refresh rate into 60hz and click OK
Run the Restart app, it just take a few seconds in my laptop. And after its done click Exit
Restart your PC/Laptop
Done, now your refresh rate is 60hz and you can play Dark Souls Remastered Dont forget to reset all setting back to the original if you want to play your other games or if you have finished Dark Souls Remastered

You've run out of space on your computer to save the game, perhaps change game location to another disk if you have one or clear up some space on the one that your current gamefolder is on.
the game starts fine, but it's pretty much unplayable since it's in slow motion. I don't think it has anything to do with my hardware since when i tried to regulate settings it got slightly better, but still not the usual experience... What's the cause of this ? Apparently something to do with fps rate but i'm wondering if you can fix it. THANKS!
alright, i tried it once again, figured out there's a new version for one of my drivers, played with the settings a bit and now it works! I'm already at the Taurus Demon and having so much fun! You guys are THE BEST! BLESS YOU!
When I run the game it is in slow motion, if resolution is turned all the way to lowest setting it is better, ds fix is not doing anything on to resolution, quality, etc.
Well, as there is usually not a way to play online with pirated games, you may be able to play with a private network service, such as Hamachi. Hope this helps.

I can confirm that there is a bug thats preventing the game from making a save file or accepting saves from others (shows them as corrupted) because im not the only one with this issue.Any fixes?

Thank you for the upload but the whole point of Dark Souls Remastered is the revival of the pvp community. For those who downloaded please buy it from Steam it's $20 for those that own the original Dark Souls.
i mean the pvp is riddled with exploits, you can literally change your level to level 1 via CE so easily so that you can fight lower level people; it's ridiculous, even rpg maker games are harder to use CE in.

...Dsfix did that. The only worthwhile changes are stuff like being able to use more than one item at a time and small improvements to the netcode. Honestly this remaster has no reason to exist
The only thing the remaster did that DSFIX dind't do is quality of life changes like being able to use more than one soul or item at a time and stability for online which in this case doesn't apply. Everything else? Yeah DSFIX did it already. This "Remaster" is nothing more than a cashgrab, much like Scholars Of The First Sin was
