Look at the official files here : https://steamdb.info/depot/1420851/ There is two missing folders : "CyberTaxi_Data/Managed" and "MonoBleedingEdge"(that is why you get the mono error message at first place). Someone forgot to include them in the igg archive. There is no way to fix this, only solution is a reupload.

I don't know about the game "The Last Night", though, but its development definitely started after CP 2077. It's SO obvious, so it doesn't make sense to say that there's no "bandwagon" phenomenon. It's a natural thing which has always existed, and which can potentially concern every genre. It's how the market works. Whether it's a remake of an old game or not is completely irrelevant.
