I was curious to see how it works and I came to the same problem. Simply put, the file isn't there in the zip folder or the file isn't in the right place to initiate the game. You can try searching the zip file to see if it's around, but I doubt it's there. There's no crack program around so that can't be the issue either. Virt-A-Mate is a good alternative however. Lots of options, VR support, and there's an active community on Reddit with some mods sprinkled in. Worth a look, personally speaking.
