I just checked the dlsite page and it seems it has EN text with JP dubbing.

CONTENT WARNING : Guro/Ryona.
you can change the language on the setting>2nd drop down menu.

I expected more lewd but nope it's almost guro fest in here.
Looking from some forum, the dev switched majority ero defeat scenes with guro.
