There is English support via the English interface.

Instead of a long title like "Cute Suika: Big Watermelon", the US version could have been renamed into a shorter, catchier title that would be more appealing to gamers in the US like "Breastris" (Breasts + Tetris)! LOL!

I wonder where the true adult version is. Which is Horny Suika: Wet Watermelon. Tried to request it a while back. Looks like I didn't have any luck.
