It's Recettear/Moonlighter yes, but it's way grinder also. It has some issue for visibility during the combat part of the game, sometimes you fight against 15-20 enemies at once and they have different attacks, aoe, damage type and you can barely see who is actually hitting you or even see the enemy attack animation after the first dungeon. Moonlighter was way better on that aspect.
The game has a cute aesthetic and it's enjoyable but be ready for the heavy grind. Decent game overall.
Lol, Imagine you need 2000$ rig just to play a 2D animu shop management game. Dev nowadays are so shit only cares about money, make simple uncreative game with little effort and never optimize their shit game.
do not lump all us devs together , from day 1 all i cared about is optimization and creativity and not turning game dev into a commodity, lots of devs now a days just seem to not use any methods to keep the specs low , lots of 2d games are heavier on hardware compared to what they really should be , they probably have beefy computers and think hey it runs well on my computer so it does not need anything to run even better it is frustrating to say the least
Minimum specs rarely actually are minimum requirements these days. They're just the lowest specs that they tested on, and anything below that they are free to reject assisting with if the game does not perform to spec, because your specs aren't at their listed minimum threshold. They USED to be actual minimum hardware specs, but sadly software in general but games most specifically have diverged from that concept a long time ago.
I like the visual design of this installment, as well as the mix of roguelite elements with restaurant management. Gameplay --> https://youtu.be/bOSZIeCSWhs
From Steam: "Defeat monsters with your trusty spatula and some boba tea, then gather delicious ingredients and bring them home to cook and serve at your restaurant!"
