"To be announced" usually means that this game is in the Alpha/demo stage and not in the "Early Access"/mostly playable stage! Those downloading it should consider it as a "preview" of a game that may be worth looking into! For more information, see here.

FYI - According to the "PCGamer" site, this game is in the "beta" stage. It is more developed than alpha but is still not in or is close to, the mostly playable "Early Access" stage. There is a "VR only" version of the game that is in the "Early Access" stage.
