if you have 7-zip you can just select all vace files and extract all of them in the same folder

You need to open the vace.001 file with winrar, 7zip etc. inside you should see v-setup.vace & v-setup.exe (image1) The v-setup.exe file, for me, doesn't work. So i extract the v-setup.vace into the same folder as everything else (image 2), and rename the extension to .exe. (image 3) After that you should be able to run the setup to kick off the actual extraction of the game. I've included a bunch of screenshots.
