Does it simulate black lung disease as well?

This could be a really good game. But the physics are just too unrealistic, you can swing your machines around like a maniac lol and the shovling is kinda bad aswell, you dip your whole shovel into the coal and it says 4% Full. It's just a very bad experience. And the mining is boring for a game that should specialize boring things to make them fun like any other simulator game. This needs work it's a shame they released it already
