Hello. After I downloaded, everytime i try to open, it says "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action" and asks me to install one. Can someone please tell me what I am supposed to install???

Are you a child? There are moderators who can update questions and concerns, look at the time stamps for request on here alone, and you will notice no action for a long time. there was no disrespect, its called irritation for sheer avoidance of requests. Oh wow, what a big disappointment! I really expected something similar to Sim City 4, but it's actually a VERY casual game. It doesn't even come close to SC4, especially if you have the addon + some mods...
Eh, it's worth a couple hours -- but it's only goes residential zoning and you pick a new law every 5 minutes or so instead of just having access to laws directly. I kinda suck at city planners and blew thru it without any problems at all. Tho, about an hour in I had only middle-class citizens, which is weird. I know how it happened and all, but weird that the game works the way it does. Only real drawback of having no low-class is that you can't build new farms (you can zone them, but they never get workers you don't have). I kinda just enjoyed creating a society with the laws I'd like to live under and watching it not implode. Even tho I started with nothing but poor people I made a Socialist wellfare utopia. Very satisfying. It just brings too little to the table in some ways, and it's far too easy due to simplification and streamlining. SimCity 2000/3000 are just better at what this game is doing. But for sheer nostalgia, and again, Socialist wellfare utopia, I definitely enjoyed it.
But... Don't we already live in a socialist welfare utopia? (maybe I should say "dystopia"...XD) We sure do in France anyway. And our country is about to implode. Not sure that system is good on the long run. lol
