You don't need to install the update version just unzip the file and play delete the old version file. Because the updated version is a full game not just a update.
This is actually the problem. People today have forgot what a good game or TV show even is and will literally play or watch anything as they feel that they "have to". I call this the "Netflix effect". Back in my day we had standards.
And how was I supposed to know that you were not one of those woke individuals who loses their s**t over a critical review as it might hurt the poor devs' feelings? Everything must be given 100% except if it's a AAA title with "misogynist themes", especially Tomb Raider since Lara is white and is tied up by men.
You don't know what it's like to be a wealthy heterosexual man in such a prejudiced and bigoted society like this. My life story would reduce anyone to tears.
I played two hours. It's okay as it's not great but not terribly bad. I basically buffed one of my recruits to level 4 brawler or something and just took each of the rival out in around 3-4 turns and completely demolish what they've accomplish. Too OP imo and then i quit the game as I was dominating too much on combat. There's management but nowhere near Crusader Kings level of management. I think the annoying part is that you have to personally and repeatedly transport certain materials to you warehouse to make stuff which makes your guys became like Fedex transports instead of gangsters. They should just automate those logistics.
Wow this looks way worse and cheaper quality then the now ancient, original Gangsters game.. Btw that game still can work on modern computers so suggest just playing it.
I actually likes both games for a heaven and hell difference kinda reason, you better compare original Gansters with Omerta: City of Gangsters instead, not this logistic management game disguise as a gangster simulator. And what do you mean by looks way worse and cheaper quality to be precise ? Apart from mainly a logistic management and not so much gangster simulator part, in which lackluster but not down right SUCK, since you can do a bit of attack on rivals.
"not this logistic management game disguise as a gangster simulator." Big part of my point this is not what it advertises and suppose to be, making it Awful at what it is. I mean it literally called GANGSTERS so if it fails at that part ... (They even trick countless people into thinking it is a spiritual successor of the Gangsters which is not ok).
Misleading but not garbage mind you...I actually enjoy logistic management part quite a bit ( until I feel like I'm doing a manual clicking labor than actually playing a game that is. ), so don't just say it's a garbage game, that hurts me in the kokoro when you did : (
Organized crime does require careful management. Not setting off too many alarms and not getting law enforcement riled for one. ;) Games like PAYDAY and its sequel don't deal with the aftermath and the post-operation consequences.
A crime syndicate is a general term for a shady business of sort...what do you expected ? Even a hired gun also does some thing akin to delivering job...they deliver death unto unsuspected recipient ! But this game doesn't feel like you doing a shady business at all...it's just more of a logistic company simulator to be honest...you just move goods around and every one likes you for that the game... This is a logistic game at core with gangster themed, better play Omerta: City of Gangsters or Gangsters: Organized crime instead is the best advise.

it feels like there's very old game like this in Win 3.1 ...
I run CoG.exe, mouse thinks for a minute and nothing happens
