There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.

This is unfortunately the demo version, the full and updated one seems to be uncracked as of now. I guess you can leave this alone and maybe wait for a future crack or play Elegy of Fate, it's still on IGG if you think you might like it (it's basically the same thing, just from before the publisher fiasco).
