I don't shure, you can think this - but someone haven't Steam or a Steam Account or don't want a Steam Account. The most Games run perfect with it.
The Game for Free is only for Steam Unsers.
But on some places i have read the Game is not completly for free - some Elements are pay.
Under this things we must wait for a right Crack or Version to play offline.

The Game run till the Menu. After klick on "play offline" and accept the Rules - the game don't want run.
What can i do or anything can help me?

It's trying to connect online, it's never gonna work w/o an internet connection. 😔
