when i play for a bit, the huge storm starts and the game starts lagging like literally i have 4fps and my computer is good btw, i've played this game before on this pc and it worked fine.. also it crashes multiple times

plz help im trying to open the program but it shows that its loading but 10 years later it is still not open and running any fixes plz

Side note on my prev. post: It also doesn't bring up an error of any sort. It simply just doesn't launch. It looks like it's going to launch, but it doesn't. File Explorer will just turn grey for a moment like it's going to, and then it just goes back to normal.
