I know that, infact the problem is that there is nothing else than the red cross and a simple ok in the window that pops out, so i don't know what to do... Same thing appen with the same kind of installer, for example for "cls: signal person". There is a screen shot of the pop up, it's in italian but the message is clear, there's nothing else than the red cross and the ok button
