Did you know that in the 1960s the CIA were planning on implanting a small microphone on a cat aswell as a radio transmitter at it's skull to spy on the kremlin, the project costed 20 mil, on it's first test the cat was supposed to eavesdrop on 2 strangers at the park, but immediately the cat was ran over by a taxi cab.
The project was cancelled in 1967.
