To be honest, I played my own music all the time in Burnout Paradise (see the links above), so I can't tell what's missing.
Burnout 3: Takedown has the absolute best OST in the Burnout series. I'm a hard trancer 100 %, but Burnout 3 showed me, there is other music worth listening to.
Rise Against - Paper Wings Go Betty Go - C'mon Donots - Saccharine Smile Amber Pacific - Always You
Man, did I jump on my bed, when these songs played!
I've put 100s of hours into B3...it was like an addiction. I went back to playing all PS2 Burnout games on PCSX2 four months ago, at 4K or even 8K and with fan-made hi-res texture packs activated.
It looked and felt perfect! No crashes of the PCs I played on, just the ingame crashes. The cars, I mean.
Problem is, the og doesn't have all the DLC. It's missing the Big Surf Island pack and a lot of other DLC cars. This has everything and that's honestly the only difference it has
You said 80% of songs are gone and that's bad enough for me. As for the DLC, I can live without them, the OG content is more than enough for me since I've never beat this game. Plus Big Surf Island isn't all that "big" you know.
... or perhaps I'll just go find old PS2 Burnout games for some more fun.
I was wrong about that. I looked up the OST for both the original and the remaster, only 2 songs were removed in the remaster: Finger On The Trigger by Never Heard Of It. Everyone Has Their Secrets by Showing Off To Thieves. I thought that since the remaster has so many original songs from previous games, those were substitutes for removed copyrighted songs but I was wrong so my bad on that
after clicking Enter Paradise City a cutscene plays but it is blackscreen playing only the audio and after the cutscene is over it's stuck in the same blackscreen giving me no choice but to force close it
It can be anything. Still, make sure to have the latest VC runtimes installed. Once unzipped, click "install all". Also, ALWAYS launch games as administrator.
It comes to a point where keeping a Denuvo license is unsustainable, especially if the game it's being applied on is no longer selling well. So I can only assume this to be the case.
Well if you compare it to the Big Box version, this has all the DLC except a small number of cars that were sponsorships. Other than that, not much is different.
Wait, did this never get cracked before? Also this is missing some content from the old versions right? Like some cars and songs that I assume were removed due to licensing issues
Ho right. We live in the worst time lime I forgot.
