Yes, my friend. According to this game's Steam page, the retail version of this game supports Turkish audio. There is no mention of the languages supported by the Scene version of this game according to TiNYiSO's .NFO file posted on xRel, so it is understood that all of the languages (including the Turkish audio support) listed in the Steam version are included in the Scene version of the game.
Usually, if a game is very large, separate language pack files (For example, .pak files) for languages other than English may be released apart from the Scene version base game in order to reduce the download size like in some of the "The Sims" games but that doesn't appear to be the case for this small sized game, so Turkish audio support should be included in this TiNYiSO release.
