Does it do anything interesting in a different way(I really liked how Neoverse changed things so that you draw a card from the drawpile whenever you have less than 6 making it feel different from Slay the Spire)

The gameplay is actually decent, and there are some interesting cards and ideas. Pretty weird and dull outside that.

No, just Slay the Spire meets some cleaver and getting chopped by half, like 10 times in row, then we got to play that tiny piece.
