Blood Nova is a weird and almost wonderful adventure game that reminds me of Cryo's Dune and similar adventures from the late 80s and early 90s. It has more in common with text adventures (IF) than point and clicks, but that's not a bad thing. One bad thing is the puzzles, in particular one of the opening puzzles which would have required me to click everything on everything else to figure it out if I hadn't used a walkthrough, because there was no in-game hint that those two objects would do anything together. Many of the puzzles are reasonably well signposted, but the ones that aren't really aren't, which is a bit of a discouragement when it happens right at the start of the game , Took me around 2 and half hours or so to finish , would not play again
