There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles. Note: Although this game's Steam page says that the audio is in Chinese, in the first trailer it is clearly in Japanese.
for context, Everything (except the character VO for repeated noises like skills) is in full English dub for all narrative content. All the cutscenes and dialogues were in perfect localized english.
Thanks for sharing the information. Even though it's only for the voiceovers for the sound effects of the character skills, I guess that's enough for Steam or the dev to qualify it as "Full Audio support" for the Simplified Chinese language. It may not actually be "Full Audio support" but Steam doesn't have a category for "Partial Audio Support" (There's only the "Interface", "Full Audio" and "Subtitles" categories in Steam's language support chart) and either the Steam admins, the dev or both didn't want to omit the fact that there is partial audio support in regards to the VO for the sound effects for the Simplified Chinese language (It's one of the marketing points of this game that Steam, the dev or both probably wanted to exploit in order to potentially increase sales) .
Sometimes you have no choice but to force a small, square peg into a larger round hole - It'll work but it's not a perfect solution (Perhaps if Steam had left out the "Full" in "Full Audio" it would have been more comprehensive for all games but I guess that Steam is already "set in its ways" when it comes to their language support chart). As you get older, you'll find out that not everything in this world is absolutely "Black and White" and that there really are "Different shades of Gray"!
I still think this game is great, and I understand that the early access data is not compatible with the current version. Several details have changed. Rachel gameplay --> https://youtu.be/pgQFRDm4iv0
