There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.

It's alright, you forge weapons ala Jacksmith and equip some dwarves that you also need to hire.
What I dislike about it is the chaos mechanic, kill enemies every day or the chaos gets high and it's game over. I like to take my time and fuck around in games like this and that's just a no from me.
