Is this an entire game or only the dlc?

When I open the game the screen remains black and freezes forever, if I close the game and I re-open it the game crash instantly

I ran the installer, game launches but then closes itself out and redirects me to the Steam page for the base-game itself.

Update: nvm I didn't slap in the crack files, all-good.
