there seems to be a bug, basically you don't get rewards from fights and they don't register as a win. this also prevents you from getting rewards from the story parts, which can't be repeated. I would wait for an update.
No one on the site accepts requests from game pages, like this one (there are thousands of them, impossible to keep track).
