You need to copy the contents of the disk drive that you downloaded D:\VREX\ArizonaSunshine_Data\Plugins into the plugins folder that the VREX installed

I think it's in one of the .ini files. Maybe smartsteamemu.ini? Just go into the game directory and check each .ini file. They can all be opened with notepad. Then search for the word 'CODEX'. :)

It should be the latest. Its mainly an upload from the newer group VR-VREX. They're fairly new and make great releases. I've never had issues with their releases while other releases tend to need some more tinkering.
