I have also the issue, executed the first update, v1.002.4(the mispelled v102.4) and only at 85% it report: "the program has detected that this update is not avaiable for your game version", while the others instantly report that (as expected when not the correct update).
We should give notice at IGG creator in the apposite Game Request page top right above title of site pages, requesting a re-upload.
