So this is supposedly the final installment of this franchise and... you know.... eff them kids! 🤬 There, I said it!
This is probably one of the few times where I want to the bad guys to win! Take her and her spilt soul and take over the goddamn planet in eternal satanic darkness led by a more evil and more incompetent version of The SCP Foundation. 🙄 I can't relate or immerse myself with this trilogy. Just like The Matrix, you wanna enjoy it thanks to the first one, but dammit did they fumble the bag with the other 2, and no Matrix 4 never existed! Don't @ me! :p
if you're like me and the stinging pain is something you morbidly enjoy, make sure to have a notepad handy as always when you're dealing with "found footage" games which would give Quinten Tarantino vertigo with how it jumps through timelines. Use your FNAF tactics to be paranoid with every little detail, leaving no stone unturned. Though the fear of getting instantly set to 3rd person mode is not apparent this time, the biggest fear is having to go through all the sequences again just to get the "super special" ending they have for you no matter how hand-holdy, super linear, and lacking of effing around only to find out it is.
There are plot holes, tedious events, and unlikable characters (Amanda!) all culminating to an conclusion that'll give you that feeling where you're getting ready for a sneeze... Oh, you can feel it coming. Your body and SOUL has come to terms to it and are oddly excited for it to to pass. Aaaaaaannnd.... it doesn't happen.... Now you're jaded, wishing for the bad guys to win and you actually side withe the Squidward of this game.
So yeah... Rely on the clown toy, for it is the saving grace of the game. 😣
