The game's language is russian!! how can i change it

I got the same error: api-core-crt-runtime-l1.1.0 ? I already re installed it and check if any extension apps need to be installed but it is still the same. I was using the link from Google drive and also used the from Mega link

For those who have problems with resolution:

1. Open game.cfg
2. Line "MaxWidth=XXXX" XXXX is your desktop resolution (X)
3. Line "MinWidth=YYYY" YYYY is your desktop resolution (Y)
   Mine is 3440 x 1440, so XXXX is 3440 for me
