Hmm, I tried looking through the other pirating sites I have bookmarked, but I couldn't find this game. Usually what's on other pirating sites is always on IGG so it could be possible that none of the other sites can get it for whatever reason. I did find a download for a game called Artifact Adventure. It seems to be in the same series as this game, but I think it's the first game while the one you linked is the second one.
