Does this game kind of remind anyone else about the anime series "Last Exile"? 😉

9anime went through a lot of domain name changes. It was 9anime.com then 9anime.id and then later 9anime.to before becoming animewave.to due to "The powers that be" constantly monitoring them and trying to shut them down. 😉👍
Hot garbage, should've totally been labeled as Early Access; even the flagship crew recruitment questline isn't finished yet.
First bad thing is travelling time. Don't even download this if you don't have tons of free time, cuz some cities will take more than an hour to sail to - and by that I mean A LOT OF THEM. Your starting ship may be pretty fast if you happen to choose New Viridian Republic as your starter faction, but most of early-game ships you can buy from shipyards can achieve only half of that speed or even slower. Why is that a bad thing? Because your overall top speed is limited by the slowest ship in your fleet. If you have slower ships without cargo capacity (Aetherhawk II for example), you will need to hop from city to city if the target you're sailing to is very far away, since the fuel consumption is SO damn high - there's no way your fuel will allow you to sail through entire map in one shot.
And then there's naval combat... and oh boy is the balance horseshit... there's that one mission where the enemy will spawn on top of you, and it's almost 5 times your size with not only a shit tons of missile launchers but a pretty durable shield... it's already difficult to acquire ships for your own fleet, let alone getting yourself sufficient firepower to fight anything.
Trading? Forget about it, there's no profit for you to make - literally.
Bet these clowns didn't even playtest this garbage before releasing it, I wouldn't even play if it weren't for those fancy sailing ships. What a joke.
OK... I can't stand how broken this version is, so I ended up buying the game on Steam and guess what? 90% of the content was locked out because of a few lines of faulty codes... How is that even possible.
Well, with the patch solving the locked content problem, the game feels much more playable now... you can only fight each high tier pirate fleet once in this version shared on IGG, and they will never show up again after being defeated. But with the newest update you can abuse them all day long for a nice amount of cash.

Trading is still broken, sadly.
