Can you add the 1.321 update?

I appreciate the update, but found that Toronto Island was suddenly unable to be played. There's a sign in front of it that says $2.99 USD and a button Buy. My firewall blocks most access to the 'net for this program so clicking on the button did nothing (and on the computer I'm able to play it on, I don't have the permissions to alter that, so can't test where the button would lead). There's a button at the bottom that says "Restore Purcases" (spelled exactly like that) but it didn't do anything when I clicked on it. Was this a deliberate feature regression, or just a bug? Thanks.
