Same with me. With the task manager open, I double click the shortcut and I can see that the game briefly opens and closes right after. The word "suspended" momentarily appears in the status indicator. It looks like something is closing the game as soon as I open it.
"Coming < Specified Date >" (Not to be confused with "Coming soon") means that this game is in or near the Final stage and not in the "Early Access"/mostly playable Beta stage! Those downloading it should consider it as a Final or near Final "Release Candidate" of a game that may be worth looking into! For more information, see here. I don't think this is a fully released yet. As you can see the release date is September 4. This is probably a early access version. It's only a few days away until full release.
Like the age of empires remaster they did, they did it well. Qol, functions, and graphics are better and most of the changes (of course also balances).
1 new god and 2 more upcoming pantheons in dlcs.
(I prefer rts with heroes and characters so not really my thing but great to see it was done right and I know many love these rts style).
The Atlanteans are already in the game I think. One upcoming pantheon is going to be the chinese mythology and the other is a new one we haven't seen before. Maybe aztecs or africa? or maybe japanese?.
Install the C++ in _CommonRedist folder.
