When you have the .rar file type unzip it (extract here). Files will now be .bin format.
I just clicked the bigger file in CD1 folder and Daemon tools will open Setup wizard click "YES"(blue icon)
While installing it will ask for the disk 2 (first go to the CD2 folder click larger file, another/new disk will appear along 'Devices and drives') click browse and then click newly added disk.
Installing will continue.
