I'm convinced that one of the devs played MDickie's Wrestling Empire and then copied some of those ideas in AEW including the career mode but minus the contract clause feature. Because that's what it is when you played this game.

If you're gonna copy someone might as well be from the best. MDickie has released better wrestling games than anyone else has released in like 15 years. Would still say MDickie is better than this though, feels way too mobile gamey and lacks content

Did you get it fixed? It's doing it to me too, running as administrator stopped the crash but now it won't launch.
