They are c++ downloads for 2017, which is required to play the game.

It's not the igggames, its an ad. get adblock+ or something to block the ads.

The website in the address bar and the website said to contains malware are different, take a look closely, something's wrong. Not sure what is tho.
Try using https everywhere chrome extension.
