IMHO, fans of the Warcraft franchise of games, Starcraft franchise of games, some of the WarHammer 40,000 games (Not including the FPS or RPG ones in that franchise) and similar RTS games would enjoy this game~! 😎👍
According to the following gameplay video on YouTube, there are in-game sound effects, character voices and background music (Watch video here). Also, Googling for information about this game shows that it does feature campaigns (See here)!

Did you run it? I assure you that it doesn't have campaign. And as for sound, ofc it has "some" sound. But it's like from space invaders or something. It feels like it would be buggy, so bland (if you know what I mean). I really don't recommend to waste your time on this.
