Checked the official steam page for "version 13.05.2022" and as far as I've seen, no such version exists, so what official version of the game is this? is this as early as 1.0, or is it closer to 3.9?

running either of the exe files only results in the creation of a config file, and the game shows as running in task manager, but starts to ramp up in memory usage

there is a configuration setting option (PLAZA folder on 1.24) BEFORE you install it. tweak it first then re install

This version (v1.19) comes with DLC disabled, to enable then got to game folder and open ALI213.ini with notepad, find UnLockListedDLCOnly=1 and change the 1 for 0, that's it
