Thanks for sharing this info. I just assumed it would be an NDIR CO2 sensor. I am still testing mine and did like some of the new design changes they made to the app, but I am finding that the battery ran out sooner than the estimate, and it was hard to get much longer than a few days, even when disabling GPS and setting a large PM read interval.
I know they are pushing out regular firmware updates, so hopefully we will see improvements in battery life.
I will be sure to compare CO2 readings with the NDIR from the Aranet4 as part of my review.

Hi, all very ,nice, i do have the PRO and the PRO 2 version and I can tell you that i am disappointed in the pro 2 version, especially for the CO2 measurements which is not measured by NDIR , and there is the flaw. the readings are absolutely incorrect, you need constantly adjustments, I even don’t understand why they produced such a device with no NDIR, I was happy with the Pro version and I thought it would be worth to buy the version PRO 2, but don’t, as It has no NDIR measurement capability. by the way on the forum several users don’t have any PM readings just as myself and the device is not ready due software/hardware issues
