In Greece they remove the oil from the dark metal cans and put it into clear plastic bottles. I was told that the metal cans leave a taste in the oil. Do you think that it’s a different metal than what they ship to the US? Thoughts?

How should we store our olive oil? I was looking for a dark glass bottle and came across this article so now I'm not so sure.
