Given what happened, the same IOC rules and it's declaration:"The spokesperson from the IOC denied that Israel’s delegate had been intentionally excluded from the event and praised Naali for his contributions to the international olive oil sector", I think the only thing to settle this would be to cancel this meeting results and issue a new one

Agreed. Israel was obviously blocked over concerns with the way they would vote. The re-election of the leaders is not valid. Is this a case of rigging the election.

It would be appropriate to hear from the Palestinians, the owners of the land which the Israelis claim is theirs. We are all shocked at how heavy-handed Israel is and this event will hopefully engage the Palestinians without delay and before too many more ancient olive trees are destroyed by Israeli 'settlers'.

There isn’t a nation on this earth that hasn’t had its borders defined or affected by warfare. I bet there are a lot of people who would like to take back their stupidity in 1967
