Anti Olive Oil
I must take issue with the authors' conclusion: there's an assumption of motivation there that is not warranted. Olive oil, frankly, doesn't taste very nice to some of us, and the conclusion reads like an insult: "clearly you just don't know enough to enjoy this." One is not "unfamiliar with positive sensory attributes" if the sensory experience is simply not positive; that is not a lack a familiarity but an educated distaste. One can know something is good for you and still find it intolerable.
