fully agree with Duccio - the youngest, the best! so, it's a lovely try to sell a good story - but for tourists only ;-) Even the family pic at the end is fake - that's a bit of shame

Olive oil is not wine. the youngest the better...to loose moths waiting for having, at the end, only some special story to tell and some "scars" on the bottles is ridicoulus...
Poliphenols can only reduce by time, they can't improve in the oil with the time. An aged oil is an old oil.... This idea have no sense...except for marketing purpose, of course. for that is exeptional!!!

Very interesting. I am wondering how long the oil remains good without beginning to oxidize once that bottle is opened?
