I click on the Direct Download and also the Torrent Download & I click the "click here" button and it just shows up the page does not exist or can't be reached. Really wanting the seasons! Plz help.

everything runs perfectly, got all the dlcs i expected and many more :) the only problem i encountered is that cheats wont work no matter how many times i try, any solutions?
I am gland to hear that the game is working for you, as this is a ported version of the game, cheats for some works and for others dont, try playing the game for a while then then try.
Okay so you have to delete the previous version of the game, but you can save your game saves, mods, and your downloaded lots by taking these folders: Mods folder, which has the mods, Saves folder, which has your game saves, and the Tray folder, which has your downloaded houses; out of "Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 ."
You should put those three folders in Desktop. You can delete the old version of the game by going to applications, right click the game icon and press "move to trash"
After you downloaded the new version, launch the new game and then exit it, the new Mods, Saves, and Tray folders should show up in the new game folders. Go back to Desktop, take all the files in each of the three folders, and place it in the new folders of the game.
Relaunch the new version of the game, and all of you game data is back! Happy Simming!

Hi, I was accidentally downloaded and installed wrong files, named 'The Sims 4 For Mac Download Free.dmg' and 'Your File Is Ready To Download.dmg'. It launches CubeInstaller but I see no new app installed in my laptop. It just opened a link in a browser when the installing process is done.
I was thinking if there's any chance that my laptop might be at risk because of those mysterious files? Or it's just a trap file that leads me to an advertisement?

I'm trying to update the game,I saw somewhere in the comments I had to redownload the game,to update it, and for me it took around a day, with Folx, to download it the first time. I don't really understand what your saying, I still want to save my progress, when I redownload the game.

Victor, there is no way to play pirated games online, we have already included the expansion packs in the game, there is no need for you to connect to the internet.
If game is not running in High Sierra follow this guide.
If it is High Sierra then uncheck "Auto Detect GPU Info for Direct3D" and to do that:
Open Wineskin.app from >> /Applications/The Sims 4.app/Wineskin.app >> Click on "Set Screen Options" >> Now uncheck "Auto Detect GPU Info for Direct3D" then quit and re-lunch the game
When playing the game everything works but when I want to type something into the search bar it won't let me. Is that a glitch or is there something wrong with my downloaded file or is it something else?
Hello! I was able to download the game with no issues on mac. When I tried to copy the folder to the applications I got this message "operation cant be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items"
Rena there is no problem with the file its your MAC. You do not have permissions here is what you can do apply the below fix, If still you get the issue there are more guides on google to fix this issue so follow them. Click on the folder contaiing the files and control click on it, choose Get info > under permissions unlock the pad lock, and set permissions to read and write. Click on the gear below and set to all inside.
do you have to have purchased the game or is it totally free? also when I tried to download it like click the green button it started downloading flash?

Flora, i am glad you are enjoying the game, when the new updates comes we will add it to the game and you have to download it again, but you can save your profile. We will add the Laundry package to it now.
Stella, you simply have to download it via FOLX, sorry for the speed issue, you can use the Torrent option, i am sure you'll get better speed with that.
hi, the game says that i don´t have the dlc, they just worked the first time i opened the game and after a reset they disappeared (sorry about my english)
Can you please tell me the version of your mac?. And here is a quick fix try it and see if it works. Go to Finder > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and cut Options.ini and Usersettings.ini and lastcrash.txt and paste them on your desktop and then run the game.
when i open the game it shuts down after 10 seconds and it says "unable to start: initialization error at start up" i have tried to re-install the game but i still face the same issue.
We have fixed that issue. Please redownload the game, it now also includes Cats and Dogs, the compatibility pack is now included, please redownload the game.

Hi. I just finished downloaded the game and I moved the file "sims icon" into application, which technically installed it around 10 mins. Then I went to open the "icon" in the application, the icon then popped out on the dock and then nothing happens... What should I do? Thank you in advance.
Kingston, sorry for the problem that you are facing. Did you watch the above video installation guide? because the game is working perfectly fine, If you did everything correctly and game still dosent runs, then we are updating the game to latest version soon now, try after that.

Hello, Thanks a lot for this post! The thing is once installed, I don't see the expansion packs at all!! I only see that The Sims 4 has been installed and the expansion packs are not in the game!
This is because you are not using IDM, with browser you only get 2 connections from our server but with IDM you get 8 connections and you get very fast speed, plus you can pause the download too. This isnt normal, it should not take more than 10 minutes to download.
Because after that the game asks me for more memory and it shutdowns.
